3 miles today! So that means since Sunday I have done 8 miles!!!! Whoo hoo! I am going to take tomorrow off and get some things doen around the house. And Ill be back Friday morning! Walked Lake Nevin twice today. My friend Shannon and Jessi joined me today as well as Jessi's friend Heidi. It was a good time!

Not a lot to write about to day. Saw some deer. Closed the park down. The ranger had to kick us out 3 minutes before closing. Other than that, nothing else... Just some walking and some sweating with friends and puppy dogs :0)
