So this morning I had two packets of Strawberry n Cream oatmeal.. yum!
For lunch I had a can of Chicken Pot Pie soup.. yum!
And for dinner I made chicken, brown rice, and broccoli
I used a smaller plate so that way I think there is more than there is. It's a beautiful diet trick!
And for a snack, which I haven't got to yet, and I probably wont eat any of it tonight, was a lovely bowl full of raspberries, strawberries, cherries, and black grapes.... yummmmmm!!!
I also stepped up my Just Dance 2 tonight! I went from the mild option to intense! I CAN FEEL THE BURN! AND THE SWEAT! AND THE BOOTY SHAKIN'!!
Successful day I'd say!!!
