WHOO YOOO!!!

Weighed myself at the gym tonight.... 273.4! I have past the 10 pound marker! Only five more pounds to go before I post more pictures and measurements!! YAY!!!!! 

Trip to Florida planed in August! This is more motivation to keep up the work! 

So glad to finally start seeing some results, and making the changes.....

You put one foot in front of the other

So I failed to make it to the gym last night, got busy helping my mom with staining her swing. Sigh. Oh well things happen. Life happens. I will how ever be going tonight, one way or the other. Have to meet up with a friend to do a little shopping and then I will be heading to the gym.

Im three days into my new habit though. I now park farthest away from the elevator and staris in works parking garage, and instead of taking the elevator down and UP! I walk the 7 levels down and UP. So far this little change is something I can keep doing daily.

Now I  just have to get the pesky gym thing in my daily routine as well..

Steps in the right direction!

So yesterday I ate my lovely calories in moderation and I made sure that I didn't go over the recommended amount and all that jazz. Went to the gym ( didnt work out as hard as I prolly should of). Did the tanning bed thing. AND I FEEL AWESOME TODAY! So I have my gym bag packed and sitting in my car, it's gonig to be a straight bee line, which i never understood that phrase sicne bees dont fly straight but whatev, to the gym once I get off work. Ran into a friend at the gym yesterdat and there was this guy with him, he has went down several wholes on his belt in just the past 3 months. Kind of my inspiration right there. So I will be going back today and putting in twice as much effort and Im hoping by Aug the 25 that I will be 30 lbs lighter. So I started on 5/16/11 @ 284 pounds. So Im hoping to be down to 254 pounds in what 3 months. That's 10 pounds a month and I am already down 8..... HERE WE GO! Ill update my work out tonight!

FINALLY!

I finally have something worth blogging about!! I weighed myself at the gym today and I am down to 276!!! Thats 8 pounds down!!! How exciting!!! My doctor prescribed me Metformin (normally a drug for diabetes) for my PCOS to help with the insulin produced and whatnot. I honestly don't remember everything she told me about it\, but she did say she wouldn't be surprised if I was 30 pounds lighter by the next time I saw her. Well I think it is working and I am on my way! I am starting to go to the gym regularly :0) So maybe this was the kick in the butt I needed. Pics to come soon, when I loose 7 more pounds!!!!!
