While sitting at work today, I made a lit of reasons why I want to loose weight. Here are a few:
1.) Better health
2.) Like what I see in the mirror after a shower
3.) Shop at a normal store
4.) Buy a shirt for under $40 bucks (plus size stores are EXPENSIVE!!!!)
5.) Rock a bathing suit comfortably!
6.) So I wont get embarrassed when going to the doctor and have to get on the scale
7.) To help fix my PCOS, so that one day I can start a family of my own
8.) Hang out with my skinny friends with out constantly comparing my size
9.) To like a full body photo
10.) TO GO OUT AND DO ALL THE THINGS A NORMAL 23 YEAR OLD GIRL WOULD DO WITH OUT WORRYING IF I AM TOO BIG, IF I WILL FIT, BASICALLY TO BE ABLE TO LIVE MY LIFE WITH OUT THINKING OF MY WEIGHT 24/7
So there are just a few of my reasons. I'll be glad once I get this darn AirCast boot off so I can go to the gym and add some exercise back into my life :0)
